Good Morning! I have a confession to make; I have not worked out since Friday. I know; it’s crazy. My acne medicine was really messing up my heart. After a minor heart-rate freak-out this weekend, I finally decided to quit taking the stuff. Between that issue, some minor injuries, and a lingering workout funk, I think few days off is for the best.
I still didn’t let myself sleep in today. I got up at 5 a.m., cleaned my kitchen, and did 45 minutes of challenging yoga. Yogis may not think it’s too hard, but I’m as flexible as an oak tree. I have to just take a breather in pigeon pose during the balance part. The workout is free and can be found at Exercise TV; it’s called Yoga Fitness Fusion.
I have some good news to share. Last week, I received these Clearly Fresh Bags. The company kindly sent me a few to review, and I’m pretty pumped about it.
I’m not trying to toot my own horn here, but they couldn’t have picked a better guinea pig. I go to the store once per week, and I don’t have time to make second trips. I am also a fan of fresh produce. Sometimes things aren’t so fresh by the time I need to hit up the store again, so I have high hopes for these.
They look like the big ole’ freezer bags my mommy used to use for shakin’ and bakin’ our pork chops (not that she baked in the bag, but you get the idea).
So easy, even a CaveTiff can do it!
I have the hardest time with bananas, so I’m especially eager to see how they turn out. Even the packaging shows bananas, so I can’t wait to revisit this over the weekend. Maybe I’ll keep it going until next week.
Okay… sadly, it’s time to get to work. At least it’s a short week; thank goodness for holiday weekends!
Have you ever used any brand of fresh bags? Do you have any fresh produce secrets?
